The North Face VE 25 Tent has a lot of features that make it a great tent for winter expeditions. One of the most important is the DAC aluminum frame made form the DAC Featherlite NSL poles that make the tent incredibly strong as well as keeping weight down.
Also equally important is the ability to keep you warm and dry inside the tent, the North Face VE 25 tent does this by using a full coverage fly that surrounds the tent and is made from 75D 185T Ripstop Polyester w/ 1500mm coating (this means it will keep you dry and is super strong).
